David joined Synapse in 2019. He brought with him 23 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. He specializes in delivering holistic and collaborative risk management and insurance solutions to complex environmental and construction risks. The types of accounts include but are not limited to multi-billion-dollar national design-build contractors, large mixed use development project, and complex public works projects. Over his 27-year career, David has worked as an underwriter, retail producer and wholesaler. His experience in these areas gives him a well-rounded perspective of how to address complex risks and find solutions that work.
Tom joined Synapse in 2016. With 23 years of experience, he brought his diverse underwriting and claims experience, vast policy knowledge and National Environmental presence to the team.
